During my career I have worked with hundreds of business enterprises as strategic financial advisors and provided counsel to buyers and sellers of companies to maximize the entity value and resulting after tax cash.
My career has allowed me to train internal staff, identifying required staff and sourcing and selecting candidates ranging from entry level staff to senior C suite finance executives. I offer this service to clients who need assistance in building a strong team.
As both a C-Level executive and owner of businesses for the past 35 years I am skilled at running companies and adding value to organizations. As an entrepreneurial and analytical strategic CFO advisor I have started and run companies as well as taken existing companies and improved the processes, procedures and profitability. My approach is to demonstrate a practical problem solving methodology while creating a team of skilled and motivated business associates in the process.

Jason Odom brings comprehensive expertise in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and operations. Drawing from his experience as a corporate executive, small business owner and valuation expert, Jason helps business owners maximize the value of their company.
Jason's insights are informed by his decade-long tenure as an executive at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), where he raised capital and advised corporations, foundations, government entities, and high net worth individuals. In recent years, he has helped many privately held companies generate reliable business appraisals to be used for financial reporting, tax, transactional, succession planning, and advised them on valuation creation plans and M&A strategy. His hands-on experience acquiring and operating a small business provides relevant insight into the opportunities and challenges facing business owners during both operational and transactional phases.
